The community and individual health and vision needs have been Dr. Weaver’s priority since his graduation from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1978. Dr. Weaver began practicing in Austin and made the move to Bell County in 1986. Dr. Weaver has served on various community organization boards in his twenty plus years in Belton and in 2006 received the Melvin Jones Award from the Lion’s Club International for humanitarian services to his community. Caring Optometrist Dr. Valori Waggoner

Dr. Waggoner is from the Houston area and graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2015. She got her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and is happy to be back in Central Texas. Dr. Waggoner enjoys seeing children and adults to provide quality vision care and medical eye exams. She speaks Spanish. Outside the office Dr. Waggoner enjoys travel, reading and is a cat lover. She is also a member of the Belton Lion’s Club and enjoys volunteering in the preschool ministry at church....
